After School Enrichment

Discover STEAM has developed over 35 lessons that integrate one or more of the STEM subject ares into studio art projects. All subjects are represented in this innovative series. (3 - 12th)

 Be an Electrical Engineer! Learn about electrons, conductors, insulators, and parallel circuits. Build working circuits with conductive dough, fabric, and Snap Circuits. Build an alarm or radio. (K - 5th)

Explore nature and learn about animals and plants. Gather samples for your field notebook. Use a microscope to observe microscopic animals in motion. (preK - 8th grade)

Participants create their own art using a variety of polymers, while learning about the chemistry behind these reactions and troubleshooting any sub-optimal results. (3rd - 12th grade)

Participants are fully engaged in data gathering, during experiments related to science, engineering and technology.  Some experiments are designed by the students. In this series Math = Fun!  (3rd - 12th)

Entry level robotics and coding with the indi robot. Learn sequential ordered thinking, de-code the color tiles and build programs to control the indi car movements. (PreK - 3rd)

Learn to use free 3D design software, design and print several 3D projects, and learn to run a 3D printer.  (1st - 8th grade)

Participate in activities that demonstrate the fundamentals of chemistry and build a foundation of understanding. (3rd -7th grade)

Participants role play being trainees in a crime lab, while learning the various techniques being used to solve a specific crime. (7th -12th grade)

Early learners are captivated by educational stories that range from science topics to social studies and art & culture. Our stories are interactive with the audience. (PreK - 2nd)
